So for dinner tonight......I made glorified egg salad sandwiches. It was super super easy!!!!
Chopped up about 7 boiled eggs
Fried up about 7 pieces of bacon & once cooled crumbled them
cut up about 1/4 onion
sprinkle of garlic
and about 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
Mixxed everything in bowl with probably 2 cups of mayo....spread on a piece of bread & toasted in the broiler.
