It's exercise time

So I've come to the conclusion that I HAVE to ride my stationary bike atleast 30 minutes every day......and do you want to see who follows me into the room and sits with me!!!

Litterly he is at my feet all the time. I wonder if they would let me take him to work with me......good public relations ummmmm?
